During a recent hearing of the Georgia Senate Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Elections, Coffee County GOP Chair Cathy Latham revealed that Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s office sent armed thugs to intimidate and harass election officials as they attempted to perform a ballot recount.
Coffee County had experienced numerous problems with its Dominion Voting Systems machines, which were repeatedly rejecting ballots. Officials tried to clean the machines, study the instruction manuals, and perform other diagnostics troubleshooting to no avail, at which point the county sent a city police officer to go retrieve another one in the middle of the night from a nearby jurisdiction.
Since this backup machine was borrowed, Latham was told that she would soon be receiving a brand new one specifically for her county from nearby DeKalb County, with reassurances from Raffensperger that Georgia Voting Systems Manager Gabriel Sterling would later address all of the issues that came up in Coffee County.
This never happened, though, and it was discovered in the meantime that Coffee County’s Dominion machines were easily manipulated with a simple “click.” Latham presented this before the subcommittee, also explaining that none of the problems her county experienced during the initial vote could be duplicated during the recount.
Of the 15,000 votes that were attempted to be recounted in Coffee County, a different number came up each time election officials attempted to pull up a new tally. They initiated the process five separate times, and each time they pulled up a variant count, demonstrating serious problems with the machines.
All in all, six counties out of eight experienced similar anomalies that invalidated their votes, and yet Raffensperger’s office forced them to certify the results regardless. His office even went so far as to send in “three people from the Secretary of State” who “showed up with guns, and badges and handcuffs, and two Dominion tech reps.”
“They came with the intent of intimidation,” Latham stated during her testimony. “Luckily, the county attorney stayed with the supervisor so that she wasn’t by herself, and basically he said, ‘You want a recount, we’ll do a recount.'”
No Republicans or Democrats were present to watch this recount, and in fact the attorney who was with the group actually brought in high school students to count the ballots.
Because the Dominion machines just would not scan the ballots no matter what the election officials who were present attempted to do, the Dominion reps who showed up with Raffensperger’s armed thugs “sat on the floor for two hours with a Dominion manual trying to figure out why they couldn’t get the machines to do what they needed to do.”
Again, Sterling was nowhere to be found in helping the process as promised by Raffensperger’s office. Latham says Sterling reassured the crew via text that he would resolve this issue, but this never actually happened.
“From the get-go, we had nothing but problems,” Latham stated.
“The scanners were messed up completely, as we were scanning – constantly having to be cleaned, they wouldn’t scan – finally, halfway through, even just trying to scan one at a time, we had all kinds of problems.”
What this all illustrates, of course, is that there are snakes both in the Democrat and Republican parties that played a role in facilitating election fraud in Georgia, and obviously elsewhere. Will their time ever come to face the music for their crimes?
“America doesn’t need foreign enemies,” wrote one 100percentfedup.com commenter. “We have enough right here in the Democrat and Republican parties.”
