Infowars host Own Shroyer is making an appeal for financial assistance after he was charged in connection with the false flag “riot” at the U.S. Capitol Building Jan. 6.
In a video posted over the weekend, Shroyer — host of “Infowars War Room” — said he was being “politically persecuted by our federal government” as well as millions of other Americans simply for having a conservative, America-first perspective.
In addition to the government, Democrats and the Big Tech titans are also working with the leviathan deep state to silence dissent and punish freedom of thought.
“They’re claiming that I was violent and went inside the Capitol even though the evidence that they put in their document is me standing, peacefully, on the steps of the Capitol,” he continued, noting that he now has to prepare “the legal fight of my life” to remain on the air and broadcasting the truth to people.
Shroyer noted that Trump supporters — legitimate ones — were not on hand to cause violence or penetrate the Capitol Building, adding that a possible exception could be “the Feds like we saw in Michigan,” a reference to FBI agents and informers essentially setting up Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s phony “kidnapping” scheme.
He went on to say that future legal fights are also on the horizon, and that there are other charges pending against him before introducing DefendOwen.com, where supporters can go to donate funds if they are able.
“This prosecution is a frontal assault on the First Amendment. We intend to fight it as though the rights of every American to speak out, assemble and petition for redress of grievances are at stake because, in fact, those rights are in jeopardy,” said attorney Norm Pattis, Shroyer’s lawyer.
Shroyer initially had a GoFundMe page but that was taken down because it is no longer online.
Shroyer said on the air Friday his lawyer told him federal officials have issued an arrest warrant and that he was advised to turn himself in on Monday.
“There’s a lot of questions, some I have answers to, some I don’t. … I plan on declaring innocence of these charges because I am,” Shroyer said.
News4 New York, via the AP, reports:
He faces misdemeanor charges such as disorderly conduct and entering a restricted area of Capitol grounds. …
Authorities say video shows Shroyer marching to the Capitol from the Ellipse shortly before the building was breached, telling the crowd “today we march for the Capitol because on this historic January 6, 2021, we have to let our Congressmen and women know, and we have to let Mike Pence know, they stole the election, we know they stole it, and we aren’t going to accept it!”
Shroyer was seen on the west side of the Capitol next to the inauguration stage as well as at the top of the stairs on the east side of the Capitol, authorities said in the documents.
A day before the false flag, Shroyer told a crowd at Freedom Plaza: “Americans are ready to fight. We’re not exactly sure what that’s going to look like perhaps in a couple of weeks if we can’t stop this certification of the fraudulent election … we are the new revolution! We are going to restore and we are going to save the republic!”
More than 600 people have been arrested in connection with the Jan. 6 incident, and in many court filings, suspects identified as “unindicted co-conspirator” are listed in documents — a dead giveaway for an FBI informant (or agent).
There’s no question what happened Jan. 6 was staged. Trump supporters don’t riot; they don’t attack police; and they don’t storm buildings.
