Churchgoers in California are now being told by Governor Gavin Newsom that they can no longer sing during their church services because opening one’s mouth and making a joyful noise supposedly contributes to the spread of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19).
Even as Newsom’s lavish PlumpJack winery remains wide open and fully booked at least through July 7, churches all throughout California are being ordered to cease their singing or else be in violation of his unlawful order.
Keep in mind that Newsom just ordered all Central Valley wineries to close in order to minimize the spread of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19), all the while keeping PlumpJack, in which he owns a sizable pile of shares, fully open for business with minimal restrictions.
“Gov. Newsom’s winery and tasting room in Napa Valley remained open as of the July 1, 2020 order,” reported Fox 26 News, noting that all other wineries not owned by Newsom have been ordered to close, along with all restaurants, movie theaters, family entertainment centers, zoos, museums, cardrooms and bars.
As for California’s churches, Newsom says they must “discontinue singing and chanting activities” until he gives them permission to resume such activities. Like some kind of dictator, Newsom has taken it upon himself to demand that churches abide by the new restrictions or else face the consequences.
“Activities such as singing and chanting negate the risk reduction achieved through six feet of physical distancing,” the state wrote in its new guidelines, making no mention of the recent riots and looting that also involved people being close to one another unmasked.
Be sure not to miss the following episode of The Health Ranger Report with Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, as he warns that the United States simply cannot survive a “second wave” of lockdowns, which is eerily looming:
In addition to being told not to sing, churches throughout California are also being told to provide face masks for congregants who arrive to services unmasked. This is in spite of II Corinthians 3:17-18, which talks about beholding the glory of God with unveiled face.
“We recognize that singing is a challenge,” stated Jason Batt, the “chief operating officer” of Capital Christian Center (CCC), one of the largest 501(c)3 “megachurches” in the Sacramento area, in support of Newsom’s edict.
At CCC, all choir and singing activities are reportedly being put on hold in obedience to Newsom, demonstrating who this particular religious institution worships as lord. Meanwhile, the rest of California’s churches have a decision to make: Do we obey the state or do we obey the God we claim to serve?
It is something that all Christians everywhere need to ponder as government officials in both blue and red states increasingly crack down on the freedom of Americans to live as they see fit without government restrictions. This is especially pressing as evidence continues to emerge suggesting that this whole thing is some kind of bizarre occult ritual.
“Who do these people like Gavin Newsom think that they are?” asked one Sacramento Bee commenter in response to the news. “This union called the United States was supposed to be by the people, for the people. Not ‘by the tyrants, for the tyrants.’ This union has outlived its usefulness, time to tear it apart and start over.”
“If singing is bad, then talking continually is just as bad,” wrote another. “Newsom should set an example and stop his daily talking, he is spreading the virus.”
